Rick Goldberg, of the Litigation News Network, up close and personal with Personal Injury Attorney Erin K. Copeland of Fibich Hampton & Leebron, LLP, Houston, Tx. Copeland discusses what it is like being an attorney, a working mother and a wife, and what she likes to do outside of work. Copeland graduated from the South Texas College Of Law. During law school, Erin began clerking at the firm where she tried her first case with her third year law student bar card. Upon graduation in 2000, Erin accepted a position with the firm and has since been working on all aspects of personal injury litigation, including nursing home litigation, product liability, automobile litigation, deceptive trade practices, and construction defect cases. Erin has also co-authored several seminar papers, including Multidistrict Litigation in 2002 and was selected as a Texas Rising Star of 2006 and 2005.
