I was bored and wanted to make a video, so I chose something personal. This is another of these videos to stop warning people to self-determination Injuring himself, because it ruin your life. "Self-harm includes all of us at some level. We can not punish all of them, distract or numb ourselves, as a way of dealing with difficult situations or feelings." What annoys me most is that people think those who are Self Harm "Emos", attention seekers, or are weak. It is not a sign of weakness. To hurt people because theyfind it comforting to relieve stress and there are self you can not find elsewhere. It is away of dealing with extreme psychological pain. Self-harm is an addiction.
